International Shipping

International orders are welcome.

For customers outside Japan, purchases can be made through BASE’s international sales service.
International delivery is handled by BASE’s partner service, so the artwork is first shipped domestically to the designated destination in Japan before being forwarded internationally.

International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination country/region and shipping method.

Some countries or regions may be unavailable due to shipping or customs restrictions.
Any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

作品は、丁寧に梱包のうえ、日本国内へ発送いたします。
送料はご購入時に表示されます。

Refund & Returns

All original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or differences in color appearance caused by individual screens or lighting conditions.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

If an artwork is significantly different from its product description due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue.

返品・返金について

一点ものの原画のため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換（イメージと違った、色味が思っていたものと違う等）はお受けしておりません。

また、モニターや照明環境による色の見え方の違いについても、返品・返金の対象外となります。

作品は発送前に状態を確認し、適切に梱包して発送いたします。

万一、配送中の事故等により作品が破損した状態で届いた場合は、商品到着後48時間以内に、梱包状態と作品の写真を添えてご連絡ください。 状況を確認のうえ、対応いたします。

また、商品説明と明らかに異なる作品が届いた場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。

キャンセル・返品・返金を受け付けているかや、その方法などを表示できます。
万が一、不良品があった場合の交換方法などについて入力することもできます。
